Job interviews

Interview practice questions, answered

What people ask before their first session — about job descriptions, what happens to their answers, and which conversations this covers.

Do I need a job description?

No, but it makes the session sharper. With one, the questions come from that role's responsibilities; without one, you get a solid general interview for the level you pick.

What happens to my recordings?

Transcripts belong to your account and exist so you can re-read your own answers. They are not shared with employers, and nothing here is sent to a recruiter.

Is this only for job interviews?

No. Sales calls, negotiations, investor pitches, media interviews and difficult workplace conversations all run on the same practice loop.

Practise out loud, before it counts

Every PrepPal session is a spoken conversation with feedback attached. The first time you say a hard answer should not be the time it matters.
